H&M will custom make a lumbar pillow for you on request, or can actually customize the chair and add padding in the lower back. But you really do want to try out a stock one first, before customizing one. I ordered mine sight unseen (the first one) and thought it good enough to get a second one for home, but your husband may be looking for a particular fit.

So, I think of everything I have seen, I really like the Bradington Young Barcelo recliner, linked in the post by gooster: It has the coveted swivel feature that DH wants, it comes in a gorgeous variety of leathers, and it doesn't have that typical recliner pillow-back look, which I like! The saga continues, though . . . because I can't find it on the floor in any store. I have found local stores that carry the B-Y brand, however, none have this particular model in stock for DH to try out. DH insists on trying out the chair, and I don't blame him. Especially given the expense of a chair like this, we would hope it could be viewed in person someplace. It doesn't help that we live in rural Wisconsin, I'm sure. So I called the B-Y company, left a message and am awaiting a call back. Hopefully, we can see this chair before purchasing. We are willing to travel, within reason, to see it. So close, and yet so far!

Your place looks really rustic, reminds me of our old ski house. What do the legs on your table look like? I don't like your first chair option for your place. Depending on the table legs I think the last two chairs might be a good option. I like the turquoise stool in either that or a cream color. I like the idea of the dark stained legs because of the nice contrast they give to the pine in the house.

Thanks. So you think the off- white color is better to go with than the blue? I plan on going and sitting in some chairs in person. I just felt like I needed a direction on color. The bamboo shades are definitely going. The entire room is a clean slate except for those three items. I plan on painting, putting in trim, updating the fireplace, etc. I wanted to get the main furniture pieces in to direct the rest of my decisions. Thanks!
