Comments (56)Boo is adorable and I'm sure she'd love it that you're going to make her her very own mouse. As far as eating the mice, I think you all should be required to sing the ditty Bev posted above before gobbling them down. When I posted that photo on FB, my niece asked if there were any blind mice. What I've learned from studying animal behavior is that the wounded and certain types of animals are often disproportionately susceptible to predators and that's why she didn't see any blind ones or any chocolate brown ones....See Morethe 'Official' Retreat 2012 sign-up
Comments (112)Last year I only had one pair of slip on - no back loafers type leather shoes (easy airport shoes). My feet and shoes got wet from the dew - not a big deal to sew, as I also sew without shoes- but the the floor in the Sloan Center got kinda messy from our shoes. I'm bringing another pair to use to walk outside to avoid this. I still need easy slip on for the airport....See More2014 Quilt Retreat-details
Comments (28)Only 2 more days until we leave for Camp Cheerio! My sewing machine is ready to load into the RV and am still finishing up gathering my projects. I think it is easier to fly since you really have to limit what you bring! :) We head out Saturday morning and will meander south and east so we can arrive on the 9th. When I mapped it out, Tobey asked the crazy question of why are we going to Gastonia, NC??? I said to go to Mary Jo's, of course. He just laughed! Tobey said he would help tote things up and down the steps. We will have WIFI off and on throughout the trip, so I will try to check in! Jen, are you going to send out an email with everyone's cell phone numbers?? See you all soon. Sue...See More2007 Retreat Information!!!!! ( long...lots of info)
