passing single conductor (insulated) wire through a box

consed

I have 3 boxes connected by EMT: boxA to boxB to boxC. I would like bring a few single conductors from boxA to boxC. There is no need for any connections of these conductors inside box B. (Other conductors are connected in boxB.) Can I just run the single conductors from box A through box B (without stripping or cutting the wires there) and continue onto box C? Is there anything in the code that would prohibit a wire passing through an intermediate box such as BoxB? By the way, the boxes are all in a line so there is no issues with maximum bends to worry about.
