I grow endive lettuce because it has a bit of a bitter taste. Here is a salad with with San Marzano tomatoes (all the heirloom are gone due to cold nights, some rain, but these Roma type are still on the vine and good) and some Melrose peppers and some yellow sweet peppers. some olive oil, vinegar and blue cheese dressing.
