Olpea I'm glad you did say that because it seemed strange to me that tip wasn't dead yet as well. The white dots suggest fungus. I can't see very well by the photo but what I thought was happening was Fireblight in the wood (eg. Small lesion from the year before growth) or spread by bug , deer, bird etc. In this link is an example picture which is one of the reasons I did not rule it out as fire blight. As Appleseed70 mentioned regardless cut it back and get rid of the problem. Fungal instead of bacterial is possible but I've never seen any fungus like that. On a side note my cherries all had dead tips and so I went to look what the problem was and grasshoppers girdled the tips. Not at all what the problem looked like from 7 - 10 feet away. Boxwoods are notorious at browning out like that. My mother has a 40 year old one that has done that on and off over the years and she just prunes it out (and actually uses the pruning as an arrangement in the house). There are apparently several possibilities including a stem blight caused by a specific fungus and the result is often seen after winter (which itself seems to hasten the problem) where a whole branch will die back. Alternately, if that area of the plant is exposed, it could be latent winter damage. This was my mother's a few years ago and you can see the open "hole" where a browned-out branch was removed. The spots that have been hit are generally exposed (the exposed portions face south):

Based on your pictures it looks like your plants aren't getting enough light and your soil looks very dense which succulents struggle with. These things are creating the leaf loss, wrinkling and stretching. These plants need sunlight (acclimate them slowly to it or they will burn) for at least a few hours a day. The way they are leaning shows they are trying to stretch towards the light. Also, when the plant flattens out its leaves like that it is desperately trying to catch all the light it can. It looks like you have perlite or grit in your soil which is great but the soil itself looks very peaty which can retain too much water and tends to harden around the roots, essentially suffocating them. I recommend adding a LOT more perlite or grit to that or search this site for more well draining options. Ideally you want a very well draining, free flowing mix that doesn't stay saturated for long periods of time. Just not watering them for long periods of time isn't ideal either, you want the mix to drain so they can be watered regularly. I can't tell from the pictures but that container may also be too big for the size plants you have in there which can also retain more water than you want. And make sure your container has drain holes, that is very important. I hope this helps, please let us know how it goes!

First off, it is infested with mealie bugs. Those white spots that are fuzzy are the mealies. I would go and get an insecticide soap and /very/ thoroughly spray it all down, inside of the curled leaves, the backs of the leaves, the stems. Any white mealies should be rubbed off (they don't bite). Wait about a week and then spray it down again a second time. Don't let it get full sun again until it's dry so the spray doesn't make the leaves burn. Mealie bugs aren't difficult to get rid of and don't require very potent chemicals to do so, merely your being thorough about it. That may be the only issue. But once you get rid of the bugs you can see if the leaves begin to unfurl, and especially if new leaves begin to be made open and flat. Other things can also cause curled leaves including mites or deficiencies so make sure you are feeding using a well balanced fertilizer with trace minerals. If you cover both of those and the leaves stay curled, just pray it's not leaf curl virus on top of everything else. The good news is it's probably not virus.
