No, you cannot replace the breaker with a 30A because the wiring is only #14 ga.. 30A breakers require #10ga. wiring. If you replace the breaker with 30A, you are inviting an electrical fire as the load would exceed the current carrying capacity of the wire. No sane electrician would install this. The only choice you have is to install NEW plug-in, wiring and breakers dedicated to your equipment. at 2000W, you will need a minimum of 16A(20A breaker) and at 5000W you will need a minimum of 42A(50A breaker). That is ONLY for your equipment.

We agree as to how the circuit is wired. 3 of the 20s are dedicated for 2 bathroom ceiling heaters and a bed room heater. None of which are being used yet this year. The other 20 is a GFCI for the laundry room / utility outlets and lighting. The 2 15s are the circuits for two bedrooms one of which is a guest room. I removed all the breakers and placed the 30 at the top of the box. It stays on but as soon as I reinsert another breaker, it trips. Everything works fine without the 30. I will take a picture. Thank you. Another related question. Putting a new wall oven in to replace an old one (1994). I pulled out the old wall oven and opened the junction box for it. The connection to feed from the breaker panel uses some big connectors. See attached pic. They are difficult to untwist so I cut the wire from the old wall oven leaving a 6" tail for both the black and red. Can I connect the new wall oven black and red wires to these tails, or do I need to get those big wire connectors off the feed lines and connect to them and put those big connectors back on?
