Painters tape cabinet hardware won't cut it, I need help (still)

Update: After a experimenting with a silly number of samples we decided on the Amerock Blackrock in black bronze, 128 mm/5-1/6". Love how they look and feel. Question about the tall cabinets...is it really worth spending a whole bunch more money for the 12" pulls for the tall cabs? Or would they look just fine with the same 128 mm hardware? Here are the cabinets mocked up with painters tape for the 12" pulls.

Thank you all, again!

We demo'd our 1890 kitchen in May and are finally in a not-fully-finished, but functional kitchen. It's been a labor of love as we've done a lot of the work ourselves, but despite hours of searching for cabinet hardware, I still need some help deciding. I feel terrified to choose anything as that means we'll have to drill holes in our cabinets. Like, actual-there's-no-going-back-now holes. In the cabinets we assembled and installed (and paid for!). Painter's tape on the drawers and doors just isn't cutting it and we need to make some decisions. No knobs for me (too clumsy). Maybe finger pulls? Have matching hardware in both areas of the kitchen or same style, different finish? I have no idea...please help!

Main kitchen: cherry inset cabinets stained brown, brass lights, white concrete countertop (not shown). Wall color: Manchester Tan. Photo below shows storage wall, there is a small L opposite and 90 degrees to the right with same cabs. Stainless appliances (non-fancy). Brass, oil rubbed bronze or black hardware?

Storage area off the kitchen: white inset cabinets, butcher block countertops (this side not cut yet so the cardboard is still there), oil rubbed bronze lights. Wall color: BM Blue Lace. Brass, oil rubbed bronze or satin nickel hardware?

Ba ha ha, the light looks so huge! It's actually 15", not larger than the cabinets themselves.

Thank you all!
