I ordered shampoo from the Kevin Murphy website. In the past I have purchased products at my salon, but they don’t always have a large selection.


Amazon has discounted products but when I ordered conditioner is was tampered with. Amazon quickly refunded me, no more questions asked.


The box came with my shampoos. One has leaked a bit. It looked okay so I wiped it off and put it away. I try to use up each bottle before opening another.


I recycled the box when I put the shampoo away. But.....I felt they should know.


I sent out an email explaining what happened.


I received a reply this morning. They want pictures!


My opening reply was, “Are you serious?” If I was lying, how hard would it be to send a fake photo?

I explained that the box was already recycled.

I ordered directly as I had a problem with Amazon and thought direct would be safer.

I ended with that although I am a loyal customer Kevin Murphy, I am not a fan of customer service.


The ball is back in their court.
