Can pounding vibration cause a problem with fire sprinkler system?

In a 19th century former textile mill converted to artist lofts almost 20 years ago, there is no insulation/isolation between the oak floor and the gyp board ceiling below. Over the years owners have been mindful of their downstairs neighbors Consideration for neighbors is written into the by-laws. We have new upstairs neighbors, with a 19 month old toddler. The child runs back and forth the length of their 3600 sq foot loft on and off all day. This running sounds like a rubber mallet vibrating and pounding across our ceiling, His successful playwrite father has been very rude about this disturbing noise to our next door neighbors whose loft is partially beneath their loft also. My husband heard a metallic noise when the child was running today and noticed that the pounding is causing the sprinkler system to vibrate. The sprinkler pipe is attached to the gyp board and possibly the floor above that with a narrow rod. The rod is between 3/8“ and 1/2” in diameter. My husband touched the pipe with a rubber handled floor duster while the running was ongoing and could feel the whole set up vibrating.

Is there any risk to the sprinkler system if this vibrating motion continues day in day out? What is the risk over time? Thank you so much for your help with this situation.
