This is a really hard one, I have Massey pulls from Rejuvenation, the screw heads are chrome and are visible to front of pull. Believe it or not, they include 3 different screws in pack. Unfortunately none of them work. The best fitting ones are too short by 1/8" and too long by 1/4". The \screws are polished chrome and so going to hardware to find the exact size is out of the question as polished chrome is not an option. If I shorten the one too long, my experience is then the rough or bent threads will not enter the tee cap. The too short ones do not reach the tee cap. I believe my cabinet drawer fronts are very standard. The carpenter built the cabinet fronts to the same spec he does for all standard drawer fronts. If I had known this would be an issue I would not have gotten these. They are beautiful and were not cheap, but must be made for European standards.

Thanks to all of you who weighed in with opinions since I posed last. Wolfgang hit the nail on the head about what appeals about the Aubrey--the uniform thinness (not thickness since I do like the thin handle) across the lull and it seems honest. Great word! If I could find a thin pull in my price range that didn't fatten and taper, I'd go for it. Segbrown--I showed DH your kitchen (one of my all-time faves, btw) and it clicked for him. He sees why I like it now. For some reason, other pics didn't do it for him. I don't see you too often anymore, but your timing was great for me! Thank you! Both pulls look great on your cabs. That would be a tough choice for me. Did you decide on the Bistro then? When DH gets back from his trip this week, I'll show him. Thanks again! UPDATE: DH liked the Highland Ridge so I ordered a sample. It'll be here at the same time he gets back. Now that he's more open to the Aubrey, I think he'll go with whatever I decide. At least we will have tried a couple he likes first before we make the final decision. And if we don't use the Highland for the kitchen, we could use it for the built-ins in the master. I'll let you know what we decide this weekend. Thanks for letting me vent and for helping me through this! Oh, and my marble goes in Friday! It was supposed to be tomorrow but they needed an extra day. I'm so curious how it'll look after seeing the marble in slab form for so many months.

What size pulls are those you used? They look like 8". How big are the drawers that he said needed 2 pulls? I was hoping to do all 6" pulls on my drawers. I love your hardware so much I think I am going to return my unused hardware and go with the ones you used. Another project to tackle but who's counting anymore?!? Lol. So, my largest drawers stacks are 28" wide (30 inch cabinet). If you see this could you suggest what size handle you think that would need? Thanks in advance!

Although I am still recovering from selling the old house, buying new (vintage) house and moving, it is good to be back and I look forward to the future Babushka Cat 2.0 and all of your helpful insights! It was hard to leave my beautiful kitchen but the new location and house is much better - will be worth the hassle of the 2.0. Thanks for the kind words about Babushka Cat. He was a love.....His sister (from the same litter but so far her heart checks out OK) is doing great, in fact she does not appear to miss her brother at all! Pic below of her demonstrating she matches an off the shelf pillow exactly. I did donate the stove - it needed a major renovation but hopefully it went to a good home. I took the bistro set with me, hope to find a place for it in my new home. I did not have to remove the flue in kitchen but decided to, to improve the layout of cabinetry. Thanks again!
