Towels are germy? Wouldn't that apply to all towels? They're washable. Don't worry about it.

Since Covid, I think I have all bases covered.

I have cotton hand towels on the towel bar. Individual paper hand towels in a basket next to the sink. A roll of paper towels should someone want those, and I'm surprised at how many men stopping here for a visit with DH after they leave work will opt for a paper towel from the roll after washing up. A plain 'ol working paper towel.

I still keep a cup in the guest bath but in the form of tube of wrapped disposable drinking cups/glasses. They are in the cabinet to the right of the sink, along with tylenol and generic ibuprofen.

In my guest bath I have disposable hand towels because I don't think guests should have to wipe their hands on a communal guest towel.

I have two kinds of hand soap - one is theoretically antiseptic and the other is a luxury type of nice smelling soap.

I also have an assortment of miniature perfumes which I have gotten from various sources. I have those on a tray and it is my kind of take on what you might have found in an old fashioned nightclub bathroom which had an attendant. I don't know if anyone uses them but they are pretty anyway visually as all of the bottles are tiny replicas of the actual perfume bottles.

Obviously tissues in a container.

None of my stuff matches because it is all vintage stuff that I have collected over the years and repurposed as bowls and trays except for the tissue paper cover which I bought some years ago from a glass craftsman.

ETA I also have an Aera Mini Scent Diffuser in the guest bathroom. I can turn and on and schedule it through my iphone. I have larger size Diffusers in the master bedroom and living room area

I keep a stack of cloth hand towels and replace them every day if we have people over. If we have a party, I replace the stack during the party to keep fresh towels. Soap pump, extra roll of toilet paper and some feminine hygiene products out for use in a little container. During a party I keep an unscented votive candle lit by the sink.

The only other things in the bathroom are some landscape photos.

For everyday use or not more than a few people coming over, I keep hand towels hanging - in three bathrooms that's four towels available. If I'm hosting a group of people, in addition to the usual assortment of hand towels, the guest bath and half bath have a container with rolled washcloths and a separate basket (matches the trashcan in that bath) to put them in. I think I have ~40 total and it's rare I'll have more than 15-20 people in my home. I also keep a couple extra hands towels in the vanity in case they need to be exchanged.

Extra tp and soap handy in the vanity, in addition to kleenex.
