Yesterday, I noticed they also sell vanity with glazed cherry maple color, but they don't recommend it because there is a little defects on the vanity cabinet. But I finally still chose the mahogany one because the cherry maple one needs to be shipped from LA to the bay area, but my contractor wanted to get it immediately.

Ohhh loving the midcentury vibe that @CW posted! I vote matte black finishes, and you can even try to paint the wall cabinet the same color as the walls to make it blend in. Or swapping for some sleek shelves would look nice too, but depends what you keep in the cabinet and if you want it on display.

I did one here w/this bathroom. the vanity is 36" with a quartz countertop. Do a wall mount faucet for more counter space and easier clean up. there are a ton of 36" right offset vanities out there. I decided to have custom cabinets made after all. I received some laminate samples in the mail. Combined with the LVP floors there just seems to be too much plastic! I'm thinking scaling it back and maybe just use the white wood-texture laminate for the sides and trim and just take my chances with the durability of real horizontal grain walnut doors. I've photoshopped the concept into the bathrooms... still working on the kitchen. The kitchen would be the same but all the upper cabinets would be the white laminate material as well. What do you all think? Beachy enough? Strictly trying to nail the material, the drawers and door placement come next.
