If you're sure it isn't borers, then it looks like a case of Gumosis, but that usually occurs on older trees. If it is Gumosis, there's no real cure for it. Gumosis is a fungal infection that occurs, when the trees are under some kind of stress. Some peach varieties are more resistant than others. Winblo is one of them. I don't grow apricots, so I can't help you there.

Leave it be. It will stop of its own accord.

I think any healthy tree will bleed some sap, especially the maples. In spring the flow is more copious so the tree loses more nutrients (and the maple tappers get more sap for syrup). For that reason they recommend summer pruning - sap flow will be less but not non-existant. It also depends on the weather patterns. Where I live in the northeast we've had a regular and copious supply of rain. Were I to prune one of my maples now I would probably get more sap flow than usual, because the copious water is energizing growth processes more than usual. In contrast a very hot and droughty summer (more typical here)will probably produces the most minimal flow from pruning wounds. That is my theory anyway.

There are really two ways. One is to get yourself a flexible metal putty knife and use that to press the edge of the tape down really well to seal off where the bleed occurs. The flexible blade works better than your fingertip...trust me. Most times when painters get bleed, it's because they just don't push the tape down hard enough....and you don't need to push down the entire piece of tape. Just focus on the edge where the paint has a chance to bleed under. The other method is to actually seal that edge. You can use the actual paint or some kind of clear sealer or poly to do this. What you would do is paint your walls the first color entirely and let that dry. Then lay down your tape for the stripes. Then use your base color and paint along the edge of of all your tape. The idea here is that any paint bleeding under the tape will be the same color that is underneath that tape already. Now, that edge is sealed. Let that dry and paint your stripes. It should come out perfecto!
