You have a really nice home and yard; wouldn't change it too much. Like the color of your brick. Like the soffit and fascia color you have but if you want a change, you could go a shade darker. Yard looks pretty good as is. Be careful not to crowd it. Cannot tell if there is any window from which it can be seen as is; if not, you might move it to where it can be seen thru the window from the living room of the house. Would change the white lamp post in the front yard. The house number plaque on your house looks fine -- leave it -- but do add another at the beginning of your driveway. Good question, yes we are but other than very very bright toned colors it seems based on the other homes that there is a lot of flex. There are homes in a light limey green, chocolate browns, oranges, greys, blues, seems a good range.

I want to paint the siding and shutters. And I’ll post a picture of the brick. The second photo is the back of the house. The brick in the front is faded due to years of neglect from previous owners and weather.(Our house faces east). In South Texas the summer sun is extremely hot (110 degrees temp.) so the back of the house is not as faded as the front. My husband wanted to paint all the brick but I don’t want to.

I think you need two colors due to the half-timbering bit. But they can be very similar like the ones up there now are similar (or maybe they're even the same). The stucco in the front peak, shingles in the back peak, and maybe the eaves would work as a slightly lighter version of the main color. Not for contrast, but for depth. I like the slatey blue greens. Might even be able to go a bit towards purpley. Do get big sample boards. Huge ones. Bigger than the ones I used to pick my last house color. :)
