Comments (4)I found that date palm from an old posting about Albuquerque palms locations on this website,I think it was from a couple of years back, anyways its in the Nob Hill area infont of a hotel next to that convience store(I think 7 11) where they found that runaway bride that was on the news a couple years back. You can search the site for it and it will bring up old postings....See MoreI need some yucca help!
Comments (3)Can you take an overall picture so we can see the proportions? What is the size of the pot? They don't look too spindly to me. Give it more light, if putting in sunlight do so gradually so that it can adjust and not get burnt. If you want to cut off to propagate and make it more bushy, cut off at a suitable hight so that when the cutting develops roots, it has the size you want for your new plant. Also, the base will then develop new branches and leaves, usually closer to where it is cut, so cut it at a hight you would want new growth to appear. The cuttings should easily root if you keep them in water....See MoreSome sort of holly?
Comments (2)Yes, looks like an Ilex x attenuata hybrid. Quite possibly one called ‘Eagleston’ (sometimes called 'Eagleson'), or it also somewhat resembles Ilex 'East Palatka', but I'd say 'Eagleston'. Eagleston wants to be a small tree. Maintaining it smaller will be an ongoing affair, involving clipping maybe twice a year. You may also want to consider a Yaupon holly for your situation....See More
