There was a BD Limoges company with a similar vase-shaped mark. I wonder if this might be a more modern version of it. (By modern, maybe 1940s, but that's a guess.)

This Limoges bowl looks like your pattern. Ebay listing, but it is not longer on the site.

Even though there is BDL stamp, the application and how the print looks makes me suspicious that it is not authentic and most likely was made in China. That and Limoges is very fine china and your piece doesn't have that delicate look.

Found a bit more info: B D L stands for Bawo & Dotter Limoges. You can pursue it. Your piece was made in China and doesn't hold the worth as other Limoges pieces have.

Most nice sets of china aren't worth much. Use it because the next generation isn't going to want it.

This might actually have enough of a midcentury vibe to be worth more than French Limoges (which, as mentioned above, isn't worth much these days).

This set is not marked "China" so it's unlikely to be Chinese if it's a typical import to the US (though we don't know where Scott's grandma lived).

I'm not aware of Bawo & Dotter using a mark like this and I don't think they are the same as BDL, but I'm not terribly familiar with this stuff--would love some references!

I believe it is from late 1800's early 1900's Grandma was from Upstate NY.

Bawo & Dotter was established in New York City in the 1860s to import porcelain, especially from Limoges, into the USA. In the early 1870's they established The Elite Works in Limoges to decorate porcelain made by other factories. Their production included table china, decorative pieces and trinket boxes.
