I bought the Remington sectional. I loved the look and how similar it is to the RH Maxwell. It was delivered last week and the dimmensions were over 2.5" shorter than the size we ordered which meant that the depth was 37" insted of 40". It's way to short to sit on. The length and width were also cut short. I contacted Arhaus immediately and they were going to look into the problem and have since gone radio silent. A week has passed and I have a mini sectional sitting in my family room and I am livid. The fact that they weren't absolutely mortified to know what an error they made was a telling sign in the beginning. WORST COSTUMER SERVICE! I am going to file a complaint with BBB. If you look at the BBB website for this company there are MANY other complaints about the products they received. Save yourselves the headache and order from somewhere else. If anyone bought a similar looking sofa they are happy with let me know....I am back to square one!

I like LInd furniture I have all my leather at this time from them it is all 13 yrs old and still looks like new and sits the same as when new. They use good quality letaher on all the areas of the furniture and good construction built to last .I find their designs a bit more European in style so good for me. I hate NA huge overstauffed furniture and Ialso like to be able to choose my grad eof leather and some color besides black and brown. My sofas in my medis room are a school buts yellow and I love them the ones in my LR are white cowhide leather and with 3 huge dogs have stood the test of 13 yrs and still look like new

Buyer beware: Within weeks of purchasing two dark brown sofas I noticed sagging and significant wrinkling in the leather and discomfort with sitting. The same sofas advertised in the store (here in the light brown) that had numerous people sit/test it out showed none of this wear. The Natuzzi technician assessed the sofas at my house and advised me there was a manufacturing defect in the cushions used. After repeated communications Natuzzi declined my claim. As per Natuzzi “we do recommend that you "make" the furniture after use (much like you would make your bed)..This involves running your hand over the leather casings to smooth out any wrinkles and tuck them in at the sides, and plumping up the cushions where possible to help them retain their shape and fullness. I've attached some instructions showing how to do that.” This advice was for new leather sofas that had only been used for weeks. Obviously the company is well aware of their substandard product. In addition, I noted that my review of this product on the HBC site was not posted- seems the Bay ( where I bought this product) is still waiting for it’s first review weeks later despite the email confirmation that my review was received.

I have never purchased anything from Room & Board but was recently turned to them for sofas. I am looking to spend no more than $3K on a fabric sofa (NOT SECTIONAL) and wondering if the quality is decent. I don't need anything high end, just a comfortable sofa for our family room to watch TV. Also, any suggestions for fabric that will not pill and are stain resistant? Thank you!
