Not wrong. You're absolutely correct.

2.32 is the Munsell Hue Family on the Colorographies and the inside spokes on the Color Strategist Color Wheel.

92 is the LCh hue angle in the DNA Table and the degrees on the outside of my color wheel.

They're always close but not exactly aligned. Because Munsell and LCh are two different color spaces.

However, Munsell was the template for the CIELAB (LCh) color space.

They both model human color perception by defining and describing color appearance.

Perspective from both color models is better than one.

Having both perspectives available on one color wheel makes a framework hue family and hue angle more useful.

Because human color perception doesn't exactly align person to person either, so a point of view from just one color model is kind of myopic (IMO).

2.32 Munsell and 92 degrees aren't that far apart and based on the notations, I'd anticipate Navajo White showing up more warm-ish than cool in context of the light and contents of the room.

When a color's notations straddles warm/cool that's an indication that it could be pulled either way; because warm/cool isn't a measurement. It's contextual. A judgment made by comparing colors in context.

👍🏻 Notations are relative. So, to make comparing colors most meaningful, choose one - Munsell or LCh - and stay in that lane.

The reason they're different is just math.

Resulting in two factual perspectives to help predict how colors will actually be perceived.

Makes sense. Right now I'm debating between Acadia White and Navajo White, the hue angles are the same neighborhood.

They are close.

Acadia is more neutral, less Chroma. It's lighter. It's a desaturated Yellow, there's a potential for moments of greenish. Emphasis on potential.

Navajo has more Chroma and no matter how you cut it, is farther from the GY hue family. Which means less chance of green showing up.

Thanks, that is helpful to see them right next to each other. More towards green is fine; my house is pretty much woods and greens. What I'm concerned about is flashing too yellowish or even worse -- peach. Some of my walls are BM Moonlight White, looks really good with the flooring and everything else, but looking for something with more body to it for other areas. If I cross that line into warm green-yellow range, though = big fat NO, those colors look HORRID in my space -- went through that last time around.

Having colors that didn't work are good benchmarks to have.
