As per usual you have great suggestions from the local talent, floral, toys, bathroom items, etc, the two others I might suggest is shoes or laundry? I have a basket by the back entry for tossing in shoes when we come in the house, its actually used for the shoes we wear out to the back yard, or take walks in, gardening shoes etc, and the grandchildren use it when they come in and out. Its in lieu of one of those boot trays which is also handy but holds less. It would make a lovely laundry basket, you could use it for gathering laundry, looks like it would hold a whole load of clothes and towels, and then delivering it, and its pretty enough to leave out in the laundry room rather than a plastic basket although not as stable since it rocks, the handle would make it easy to carry.

Thanks for the replies. Strange and unfortunate that the video link didn't work. It seems to be working for me here on several machines even when not logged in. Kathi, I am sorry for the confusion, but ci_lantro is right - I am trying to sew now and not rewind the thread on the bobbin. The bobbin already has thread on it currently. What I do is snap the tab down on the bobbin (the bobbin is wound clockwise and the thread is sticking out to the left, then I close the plate and turn the knob to move the needle - except that nothing is being grabbed :(. If possible, try to view the link I posted to this one. Maybe it will work if hyperlinked. ci_lantro - I did what the manual says I believe, but maybe didn't understand a step properly. Hi everyone. chickemama, I have a T&S Singer 626 like you. was given to me. I've been working on it for a couple of months. I only sewed in school 2 basic things over 30 yrs ago. this machine was jammed. I cleaned, oiled all medal gears. I threaded it, and it worked. was having fun making different designs, different colors. All of a sudden it jammed.Was trying different ways to fix it. I even loosened & tightened screws. I started looking on U tube. I know I messed up timing. 1st, I never knew your only suppose to turn wheel towards you, also, i found out your not suppose to touch set screws to Bobbin. Been trying to set timing with needle (top of machine) & Bobbin, bottom of machine. Been trying to line up needle to Hook. I got it to pick up Loop, then when I continued turning wheel, the needle is not Lined up right, cause its touching medal. I took out needle. I think i messed up red button that automatically fills bobbin cause nut & washer fell off. I put it back on, now when I press button, the bobbin area isn't raising up & down anymore. I have been trying so hard to fix this!! : ( Can anyone help me, Please?? My son signed me in here, but I noticed my names not showing up, just my Lighthouse picture. Here's a sneak peek of my new sunroom/gameroom. It's a dark, dark blue. It was supposed to be a dark charcoal grey, but the paint chip didn't show how much of a blue undertone it had. I like it though. I'm dying to use the Pergo Blueprint laminate and this might be my chance.
