I'd continue the wood in the closets, and use tile in the bathrooms and mudroom/laundry room.

If the mudroom is tile, then you should definitely tile the walk-in-closet that is between the mudroom and the master bath. That is probably the best solution for continuity. You will need to select the same tile for the mudroom and the master bath

By the way, the walk in closet that is off the mudroom, but not connected to the master bath, should also be tiled in this scenario.

I would probably put wood in the powder bathroom (since powder baths are used as often, and don't need to be as water-proof as the other baths). Again, this is for continuity.

If you decide to do wood in the mudroom, then both closets mentioned above should be the same wood.

I agree with kempel01; since your closet is between the mudroom and bathroom, I'd tile all three of those rooms. Or if you do wood in the mudroom, also do wood in closet, and then switch to tile in the bathroom.

Separately, on your electrical plan, are those sconces for your nightstands in your bedroom? It looks like the switch for those is at the door; don't you want the switches at your bed? You're smart to put outlets in your closets.

With the exception of tile in your mudroom, your plans call for plastic (lvp) floors, not wood.

Sorry but access to the master from the mud room is odd to begin with and I never like access to a closet through a bathroom I see no direst access to the kitchen from the garage and IO that is a heck of alot more importnat than access to your master closet . As for the flooring in most cases the same floor as the bedroom for the closet but who knows in this weird set up. I would be going back to the drawing board for this design

I would relocate the master bedroom closet to where the shower room is. And use wood in the closet.

I would not want to walk past/ thru the potty room to get to my hopefully clean smelling clothes.

And it is less expensive to keep your plumbing in a cluster instead of stringing it out. Moving the master bath will get is closer to the laundry room/ powder room/ kitchen where the rest of the plumbing is. Shorter run from the hot water heater, too, so shorter lag time for hot water to arrive at the shower.

Thats a super complicated (expensive) floor plan. Its like a maze. Tile in the mudroom for obvious reasons, and the closet could go either way, but wood to go w the bedroom would make more sense. Rethink that floorplan.

That whole "L" should be done in the same tile. Most days those doors will be open and it wouldn't look good to see 3 different floor types.

I would do all the same tile bathroom, closet mudroom then both ends will match up to the hardwood. You don't want more than 2 different floor transition IMO
