If his cellphone has a removeable memory card, just take it out of the phone (be sure the phone is turned off first, as it can be adversely affected if any of the phone's applications are accessing anything from the card when you remove it while it's on). Put the memory card into a card reader, which should connect to the computer via a USB cable. The memory card will be shown as another drive when you look at "My Computer." You can transfer files onto it the same way you'd transfer files from one folder to another on the C: drive.

It depends on the phone and the carriers. There's a number of different types of service out there too. For instance different carriers use different frequencies (CDMA, PCS, GSM, etc) SIM cards are suggestive of GSM technology used by Tmo and ATT. If you're looking to use prepaid service you can sometimes use the phones but won't always have all the features. If you're looking for a contract service, then as cautioned before, beware of costs to change. Often the smallest thing will extend your contract. For instance, if you get a new phone, you generally get a new (extended) contract with hefty cancellation fees. You'll have to get more info from the companies, but generally speaking, Tmo will not be interchangeable with Virgin and Verizon. Tmo & AT&T are more likely to be options. Iam guessing Neil's soffit eave vents aren't done yet which is considered more important than ridge vents in some researchers opinions for venting vented-roofs. Its common industry practice to spray well under minimum R value requirements. Most of the country falls under R38 and R49 international level prescriptive code which is considered by many to be cost-effective. This means 10.5" or 13.5" thick of open cell spray foam as a minimum. If saving energy with spray foam is a goal, you should make sure your builder is planning a blower door test. The results are more important and could highly influence your questionable roof performance.

We are building a new home and the contractor is using closed cell. This is the first that I have heard about any off-gassing. Very bothersome. Does anyone else have any experience?
