Advice you give to yourself

For me it’s ”slow down.” What’sthe rush? i feel like I need to complete things quickly, when there is no need to.

i don’t know where this comes from. I never had a job with rushed deadlines, I was always organized scheduling my DD’s activities etc. I plan my time wisely. Why do I feel I need to speed through?

Simply being at the supermarket yesterday was so much better when I reminded myself to just take my time.
