Balanced Beige Lightened by a %

Amy Oglesby
last year

Recently replaced boring beige carpet and tile circa 1999 with a medium brown vinyl plank and updated our cherry cabinets in the kitchen with soft white. My current paint is very warm (BM Greenbriar Beige) and while I've never really loved the goldish greenish undertones that appear at some parts of the day I do like the warm and cozy feeling. I was hoping to lighten things up but still keep the warmth. Folks have recommended Accessible Beige and Natural Linen and I'm not sure about those. Even though Balanced Beige is from the same paint chip card, I feel like its completely different from Accessible Beige. Has anyone tried lightening it by 25% or 50%? Does it still keep the warmth? I'm going to try it myself (most likely) but was curious about what others have seen.
