We need to replace the flooring in a basement bathroom and finding it difficult to get the right grey undertone to match the wall paint which is grey with a purple undertone. Have brought home many samples to try but generally they look bad - most have a blue undertone. This one could work colour-wise but I wonder if it's a good choice: https://evokeflooring.com/us/products/tiara.
I am trying to find reviews of this product but can't find much. I've read some other discussions on Houzz that have mentioned that theirs easily scratches and also mention shifting etc. I notice that those planks seem to have wood look and wonder if this one with a matte finish might be ok. Does it get slippery when wet?
Also, has anyone used LVT with cork backing in their basement bathroom? Does it hold up ok?
Thanks in advance for comments about Evoke and any recommendations to a better alternative.
