Taxus "Hicksii" could easily fill those dimensions you've described. It can get much bigger, you'd have to clip it back every year. Another option might be a trellis with vines, depending on how much sun it gets.

The rules in our subdivision require that a tank over a certain size (maybe 20 gallons) be buried. Our is over 300 gallons and it is buried. It was no big deal. Excavated the hole when digging the foundation. Poured a concrete pad and inserted bolts. Propane company dropped tank (with sacrificial anodes) into place and chained it down. Hole was backfilled with sand when the house was backfilled. The line runs underground (with safety tape over it so it doesn't get dug up) and there is a very small metal box where the line comes out of the ground and it connect to the back of the house. It's no big deal, a small shrub would completely hide it. The propane company owns the tank (so they say, I never signed anything) and they don't charge for it, but I am only supposed to use them for fills (it's only been filled once in two years). Our utilities are underground and our phone and power meters are on the side of the garage, not highly visible. The transformer is in the woods. The meters and boxes on the house are not bad looking at all. A small metal box for phone and cable, a meter mounted on another metal box with the shutoff for the electrical. They are barely noticeable, but we carely planned where they would go.

AGA Legacy is dual fuel only. Electric oven and gas(or propane) stovetop. Blue Star only makes all gas(or propane) ranges not dual fuel. Relative to 100 gallon propane tank the difference between 22k btu and 15btu or 7k btu is miniscule and irrelevant. You can always turn down the Super Nova burner down to 15k btu but you can't turn up the Legacy burner up to 22k btu. Nobody "NEEDS" a Bluestar nor an AGA Legacy. Our grandmonthers managed to feed our families on 8-10k btu burners. 22k BTU burners can be very useful for techniques other than stir-frying. Sautéing, searing, grilling, boiling large amounts of water, and quicker recover times. Dropping cold food into hot pans lowers the temperature of the oil and/or pan. Deep frying for example. If you have oil at ideal 350 degrees and you drop cold chicken the temp of the oil drops and you are no longer "deep frying " but paraboiling. Instead of crisping the exterior the oil is seeping deep into the chicken meat. Gross. Powerful 22k btu burners help you to quickly get back up to 350. In addition there is the differences in the evenness of heat between a traditional open burner and a sealed burner like the AGA Legacy. With sealed burners it will be hotter around the edges of the pan while open burners are a lot more even across the pan. Cheaper options? American Range Performer Series(an open burner range made in Southern California) 36" starts at $5k and Bluestar makes the RCS with max 15k btu burners. Cheaper you start looking at Mexican and Chinese made ranges like the Chinese NXR at $3200 for 36" propane model. Thanks for the suggestions. I should have stated it's my pool propane tank that needs moving, they will not allow us to bury or paint it. I just called up a company that sells camouflaging rocks for tanks unfortunately not the kind of tank I have. I would have taken a picture today, but it's raining, will take when it stops. Right now I'm leaning toward putting a fence around it, with hanging plants. Guidelines also state they need "easy access" on one side. My husband is calling up other companies trying to get a better price, and we are hoping not to dig up more of the yard then we have to on the move. I've always said a house is the biggest sponge you can buy. Thanks again for all suggestions!
