I paid for it, but the dogs are on it (on top of a blanket) more than I am. I'm glad they welcomed it so readily. I KNOW that lamp would freak them out and there would be lots of barking, as they do when they see anything 'unusual' in the yard. They'd probably want to protect me from it.

Hah yep Kansas City Electric Supply called back and told me that the infinity lighting RC60s are $260 each. I decided that I could immitate the same look with oversized track light down light heads attaced to a single track fixture canopy for $25 per light. I sent out two bids, one for the down lighting and one to install 3 hampton bay bowl lights as they originally requested lol. They are not much into what the room really needs (ton of track lighting or fluorescent fills) as it is one of those artsy stores and supposedly the budjet is low.
