Well, gosh - I hope this isn't your last question! I haven't seen Crape Myrtles in AZ before, guess you learn something new everyday. I've given a link before that gives some pretty good information about planting and maintaining them in the desert, but be aware that this newsletter is put out by a nursery in Las Vegas - I don't know how or if it differs up there.

Hi Maria-- That sounds to me like a standard modified thinset. Although it COULD be used, I'll tell you right now-- using the 255 would be alot easier, especially for someone DIYing it. It's more expensive, but worth the money.

However, you don't need more than the 80K XV95 model furnace. I am reposting my previous advice. The XV95 is a very nice furnace. You will need a good two stg stat like HW mdl #8321(not the 6000 series as listed). Since the fed govt tax credit is not in play, I would insist on a Trane evap coil over a third party Aspen brand. lineset should be replaced and I recommend a good 4-5" pleated filter media cabinet. as long as ductwork is accessible, improvement to airflow should not be a big deal. ask dealer for recommendation.
