Vacuum breaker for a washer

My MIL's house now has a problem with water backing up :-/ If she's running her washer and flushes the toilet, the water won't go down for a few hours.

I had a plumber out today, and he said an easy solution will be to install a vacuum breaker on my own. There are some other (major) things that he's going to need to fix, but this is supposedly an easy DIY fix.

I'm looking on Amazon and finding a ton of options, ranging from $10 to $500:

Any suggestions on what I actually need?
