Comments (3)I know this isn't what you asked about but I'm confused. Are you planning on finishing out "future bathroom 3" NOW? If not, which bathroom will serve bedroom 4? The only access to bath 2 requires one to travel through either bedroom 2 or bedroom 3. And, even if you're finishing out "future bath 3" now, do you want whoever is using bedroom 4 to have to go around and into the unfinished bonus room area in order to use the bathroom???...See MoreConverting Garage to gain more livable space

You could also put up a small wall, half or full, to get that foyer entry. Something interesting....See Moresuggestion to make this house more current and curve appealing
Comments (21)Personally, I don't think the peak (1 or 2) works, I'm just showing it because sometimes a sketch is worth a thousand words... It is an odd entrance hidden away in the corner and the simple pergola style structure of my 1st suggestion is the one I think that works best for the house. Iit defines the entrance without changing any roof line. It presently looks like the walkway is from the drive-way along the garage wall towards the front door so I never thought the owner meant for the peak to be on the street where the van is but that doesn't work either....See MoreAny design idea to make this space more useful and attractive?

Someone mentioned that deck tend to be used less because they become so hot in full sunlight. I agree with this assessment. So, might suggest a porch instead and maybe even a screened porch to protect from insects....See Moreaspence08
