Super white trim with super white wall?

Help! Reading lots of good info out there. But having a hard time coming to a conclusion. We are building a house, east west facing.. lots of windows, but not lots of light. It's on the water (canal), and has cedar shake shingles. We are going for a modern / contemporary look, but not ultra modern. We have an open floor plan, so the one color area of our house gets a lot of the same color. We have trim, wainscotting, etc. Our floors are white oak that we are going to use bona white stain on. My wife likes it bright. Our kitchen counters are calcatta macaubus and island is blue lava quartzite (basically the latter with some tan and blue high lites). Super white cabinets (which have to match our trim) go well with our selection. We are debating what wall color to do? Is super white too much? (Different sheen between trim/wall of course) is there something else we could do thsts not super gray to contrast? Wife is very concerned about having too yellow walls. We get a lot of warm light in the afternoon from the west. Maybe super white trim with decorators white?? These are all benjamin moore paints. What have people paired on the lighter side with super white??
