Help w kitchen hardware t bar pulls

I'm on the fence about using a longer t bar 6 inch vz smaller ones at 4 inch ( I believe? white shaker kitchen cabinets go up to the ceiling. I'm looking at them in champagne bronze bc im getting a Faucet in that finish too. Think I can get away w the longer ones n use on drawers which are wide n use smaller handles on bottom cabinets doors ?

IMo all the ppulls should be i n prportion to the cabinets or darwers and I often even install some vertical and some horizontal this is a good example . Use painters tape to figure out the proportions and I use Lee Valley's stainless pulls IMO they come in the best choice of sizes to do this.

the base cabinets [side hinged sections] would be better w knobs... all the rest of drawers and upper cabs can indeed work well w the longer pull. the proportions look correct for that..except the base doors. there is a T knob but these are a shape I find extremely easy .

I think palimpsest makes a good point...it's kind of like a basic black dress to showcase spectacular jewelry or simple pearls with a more ruffled, floral dress. Your kitchen is going to be so beautiful...I think I'd be tempted to keep the hardware very simple, yet elegant. I love the idea of the big silver pulls, on almost everything, with maybe the 'fance key looking hardware' on the glass doors of the china area :)

I actually think that doing all pulls would look nice with your cabinets. To me, it's a rather traditional door style and knobs would only add to that traditional look whereas pulls may take it more towards the non-traditional feel you're trying to achieve. My only recommendation about pulls is that you get some samples to feel in your hand and make sure you're happy with how many fingers you can easily wrap under. Most standard pulls are 3" long and I found them to be too narrow for my comfort. Yours are just a little over 3" center-to-center, so might work fine. I originally wanted knobs on my cabinets and pulls on my drawers, too, but in the end, decided for a more uniform look and put pulls on everything in 2 lengths (also used Amerock). For what it's worth, one of the most common things I hear from friends seeing my new kitchen is about how unexpected it is to see pulls on cabinet doors but that it can also work so well. Unfortunately, your URL doesn't work for me. Could you tell us the model? I'm assuming the manufacturer is American Standard, based on the URL you provided. What size is your sink? Configuration? How far back will the faucet be installed from the front edge of the counter? What is the "reach" of the faucet? Is the faucet a pull down, pull out, or other? How much space will there be b/w the faucet and sill & backsplash? I'm curious why it would matter how close your window is to the counter. Will the faucet be right up against the window? All these have a bearing on what will be best for your situation.

Hey Laney! Your backsplash came out great! Are you happy with it?

….For the pulls can you put some painters tape on the doors in each size? I think I like the longer pull, but it’s kind of hard to tell without a picture with them from farther back.

….Also, I know you didn’t ask, but just in case you hadn’t considered it, and if it matters to you, I appreciated others’ suggestions to beware of pulls that have ends that stick out like that for the drawers because belt loops, pockets, etc can easily get stuck on them.

Longer pull on the upper cabinets-definitely.

Your cabinets are tall enough to accommodate the longer pull.

Get some blue tape to hold them up so you can see for yourself. White electrical tape will work as well.
