Beige (cream) overkill- Which one should I change?

Hi. I am updating some spaces in my home (paint, furnishings, décor) but all roads lead to the kitchen which have these big-ticket items that I had never considered changing. Since I suddenly woke up and realized I was drowning in beige, I need to do something to break this up and allow it to mesh better with greys and other pops of color.

The backsplash seems like the lowest-hanging fruit if I can find a good design bridge. If I can't achieve harmony with the backsplash alone, it has been suggested that replacing the counter is more affordable than the cabinets and could make a big impact. Part of me is wondering if I do all that, at the end of the day will the laminate cabinets will still feel too yellow? Refacing/replacing them is out of my budget, using the self-adhesive laminate may be beyond my level of patience (though I have seen some nice quality products) and I don't know if I will really like them painted, so where can I go with the other element(s) to tone this down?

The cabinet is: https://na.arauco.com/en/p/wf394-arctic-groovz-WF394

PS- please ignore all the random stuff, much of it will be gone.

The counter stools are going to be a modern style in a light grey leather.
