Is anyone experiencing sudden and unexplained delays on Lacanche range delivery? I ordered a Lacanche range in early November 2021. At the time of ordering, I was told that it would be on the schedule prior to the August holiday in France and I should expect delivery in September. I contacted the US distributor on June 21st to confirm that it was on schedule. On June 22nd, I received confirmation that it was scheduled for August and it would arrive in early to mid October. Then on July 1st, 8 days after the confirmation, I received an email notifying me of a delay due to "supply chain issues" with no other details and no ETA.

While I understand the global supply chain challenges, I have not read about any issues in France between June 22nd and July 1st 2022 that would create this sudden change. It feels like there is something else going on. Any information and insight from other Lacanche range purchasers experience in late 2021 and 2022 is appreciated.
