Shutters on or off (or some?) on a historic home

I'm currently renovating an 1896 historic home. I have the original shutters, and they will be going on the front of the house. My question: Should I have shutters on the driveway side of the house? I have a historic photo that shows a lot of shutters, but I'm leaning towards only adding shutters on the "flat wall" (3 large windows + attic window) windows, and not the bump out / bay window.

There are also windows under the porch, but you can't see them in the historic photo, and there is no historic shutter hanging hardware on those windows, so I'm assuming they never had shutters.

So the shutter options for the driveway side of the house are:

1. Don't shutter any windows

2. Only shutter some windows (the 3 main / flat wall windows and the attic window)

3. Shutter the three main / flat wall windows, AND the bump out windows.

Thoughts?
