If you are considering purchasing the Morning Star Clic bamboo flooring from Lumber Liquidators, do yourself a huge favor and research customer satisfaction with this material and the LLI customer service department before you make a costly mistake. Do not rely solely on the reviews posted on the LLI website. One web search for an independent review of this material and LLI should open your eyes. I wish I had before I purchased this product. It only takes a few minutes and could save you a few thousand dollars.

I have not had any problems on my jobs, but I am very particular on the substrate being flat and adequate expansion space left.

I purchased Teragren Flooring in Auburn, Washington. Within hours my floor was covered with dents. Upon calling the company many months and phone calls later they agreed to a "independent contractor" who was a Bamboo specialist to come out and remove a board and test the flooring. His testing results came back with a "manufacturing defective" floor. They then felt the need to have the floor tested by their own lab and low and behold the flooring is testing just fine. They will not stand behind their warranty of covering dents, they will not replace the flooring with the correct boards and they are not supporting the customer or standing behind their warranty. I have filed with the BBB and the Attorney Generals Office due to the lack of customer service. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TERAGREN FLOORING TO ANYONE. This company needs to support their customers.

Ask in the kitchen forum--it's not uncommon there. Most people have good luck. I used sheet Marmoleum so I can say the material is great but can't speak for the Click system. (I CAN say that you for sure don't want an inexperienced linoleum installer and I think checkerboard DIY Click sounds perfect!)
