Angels in the Garden Today

shive

last modified: last year

The heat and humidity are back in force. Thank God for the angels among us.

Angels Sing Softly - This is a new one I got last year that is blooming for the first time. It photographs bluer than it really is. To my eye, it's more of a blue lavender eye and edge.

Angels Bow Down ffo

Hoopla

Miss Demeanor

Lydia's Regal Robe

Zuzu's Treasure

Sanford Intermezzo with Pink Lemonade Party on the side - This is one that's kept nice foliage despite the heat wave.

Serrated Sentinel maybe - This was supposed to be Lee's Loss, but I think Grossman sent me his Serrated Sentinel. It's less red that his picture shows, but the form and the teeth are the same. Anyway it has a great plant habit, and I've been trying to cross it with some of my White Tooth kids.

Seedling August Frost X Winter's Angel - The lates are starting to bloom!

Biltmore Style X Cool Hand Luke is an ML bloomer

(Palace Garden Beauty x Karelia) x Unk - I moved a seedling from beside it, and now it's much taller than the previous two seasons when it was 27-28 inches tall. Now it's 32-35 inches tall. I like this one because it blooms ML and has buds in the low to high 20s.
