Is Brizo Luxe Gold the same as Delta champagne gold

last year

I am deciding on my fixtures for the master bath. I will be using the Brizo raincan in luxe gold. However, the rest of the Brizo line is very expensive and I want to know if the difference in color is notable.

I have been researching this question for weeks. There are many conflicting answers on the web, and on these discussion boards. Just because Brizio is owned by Delta does not mean that their Lux Gold is the same as Delta's Champagne Bronze. I finally found a local plumbing store that had a sample of Brizio Lux Gold and I took my Delta Champagne Bronze down to compare. As you will see from the photo they are not the same. In fact in person I think the difference was way more noticeable than shown in the photo. The Brizio Lux G

old is the circle on the bottom. It is more of a "warm" (orange) tone while the Champagne Bronze on the top is more yellow. (Basically the opposite of their names as the "Lux gold" is more brass/orange and the "Champagne bronze" is more yellow/gold). It may be close enough for whatever you are doing, especially if not right next to each other. However I just wanted to show people that they are NOT the same.

Let’s clear up the confusion in this feed so everyone will know the answer with the most current Kohler gold that will match the Delta champagne bronze PLUMBING FIXTURES. I think there was some confusion on what exactly she was asking will match which was plumbing fixtures. Note: Kohler Modern brushed gold is only available on mirrors and light fixtures. Kohler gold colors on plumbing fixtures: vibrant French gold vibrant brushed bronze vibrant brushed modern brass Delta champagne bronze and Kohler vibrant brushed bronze are dead on matches. The two faucets are Kohler vibrant brushed bronze and Delta champagne bronze. The faucet touching the shower head is Delta champagne bronze and the shower head is Kohler vibrant brushed bronze.

@MinnesotaMary thank you! Yes, that looks like a much closer match to both my Brizo Luxe gold and Delta champagne bronze. I will try that finish. the champagne bronze from mountain plumbing was way too gold (albeit pretty). Oddly my Brizo luxe gold and delta champagne bronze were almost a perfect match which others have said in previous threads that they are not. So I think Delta changed their Delta champagne bronze finish to match their Brizo luxe gold and now everyone is confused. thank you though, this is very helpful since everyone seems to be out of sample chips for mountain plumbing around here and at the central company itself.

for some reason, not all the top knobs "honey bronze" are the same color for the different styles, which is super frustrating. Some styles are closer to the brizo luxe gold and others look more like a real "gold". Like the bar pull that I wanted is more gold rather than the color that brizo luxe gold is, unfortunately. order the exact hardware style you want in that color and see if it's a match. another thread is warning about this. good thing is that the photos on the website seem to show a difference in color and as long as the actual product looks that color, you may be able to differentiate on the website before ordering

For most faucet finishes, I have found Faucet Brite (https://www.gel-gloss.com/shop/faucet-brite/) to be the best cleaner. It is non-abrasive and gentle enough to not damage most finishes and also leaves a protective coating to repel water thus preventing waterspots, fingerprints, etc. For living finishes, eg: uncoated polished brass, burnished brass, oil rubbed bronze, etc., I recommend Renaissance Wax (https://restorationproduct.com/shop/renaissance-wax/). It's expensive, but a little bit goes a long way.
