You have some great choices to choose from. Muralo Ultra Ceramic is an awesome choice for walls too. Just statring to work with Graham Paints so I don't know their product that well. Pratt & Lambert - Accolade. Accolade is awesome and another good choice. As far as tints (colorant) and matching, that's just one part of the equation. Base factors in too. The biggest factor, however, is WHO. Who is doing the color matching for you and how good are they at their job. Top tiers, name brands -- it doesn't matter which one to be honest. Chose the resource that has the BEST tinter you can find and the best SERVICE. Every time I say stuff like that shock waves roll across paint and color worlds. But it's true - the most bottomous bottom line is SERVICE and KNOWLEDGE. Knowledge not just about paint but about color too. Because with the advances in the science and technology of paint, you really have to split hairs to delineate how or why one brand's upper tier is better than another. Only things that can give a flagship or independent paint store a leg up on competition are innovative color collateral, above-average paint/product knowledge, seriously real color expetise, and outstanding customer service. It's not even about price any more. Faron and the store where he works is a good example. I have no doubt many of his customers drive by several big box stores, and a handful of lame-a$$-contractor-focused independent paint stores, and probably even a few shee-shee rocked-out *big brand* stores just to get to Faron. Find "your people" and buy your paint from them.

A word about BM Camouflage. I have it in my bedroom and adore it, esp. with darker, warmer wood tones like your existing cabinets. It's very chameleon-like and can shift from blues to grays to yellows, depending on the natural or artificial light. However, I used to also have it in my kitchen and along one dining room wall which both rooms share. It completely fizzled and wimped out. It looked barely there. I finally got rid of it in that space. Both kitchen/dining and bedroom have eastern exposures, so go figure. If you end up still wanting it, make sure you get your lighting right first and then paint a large enough test board to see if it will hold up in your kitchen. It's a lovely wonderful color, but it's very changeable.

I would keep it simple so that the floor is the main focus of the room. White subway tile would be a nice option and would keep with the classic look. You could use a traditional 3x6 or change it up and do a larger size, like 4x10 or 4x16.

1 OR 3 DON'T OVER DESIGN. the fire is already focal point and accent. Sorry, when you paint a wall? You paint ALL the walls. Pro's rarely do the "pop" accent thing.on a single wall. We leave that to art: ) Truthfully? We most of the time consider it amateur. Unless some fabulous mural, imparting a view. Also. Is no one yet tired of GRAY? NEVER UNDERESTIMATE WHITE, nor the freedom it shall provide
