Advice on kitchen color coordination

I would appreciate opinions/advice on color choices for cabinets/countertop/backsplash for a new contemporary build in California.
We're looking for a grey or slightly warm grey theme with Ceasarstone countertop and backsplash, and Dura Supreme stained cherry cabinets. We're pretty much set on a backsplash (I know you're supposed to choose that last but we really like this one), so would appreciate advice on countertop and stain choices. I'm attaching two images; each with 3 different sets of stains (and 3 slightly different countertops); one set is warmer than the other. Thanks in advance.
