Mosquitoe Foggers? Is anyone bothered by these?

My neighbor across the street has hired a mosquitoe company and I thought they were only doing a little spraying on the ground in the back, but today I noticed they dropped someone off with a backpack and a fogging machine that looks like a leaf blower and creates clouds of pesticides in the air. He sprayed every surface of the property, trees, shrubs - everything. I could see the clouds of the stuff crossing over into the neighbors yards.

And I didn't know they were coming. I was getting ready to go out in my front yard to garden and had to change my plans. I also had all the windows open - it was a beautiful morning here, and I had the house fan on drawing air into the house. Thankfully I saw them before they started and I was able to shut up the house but I feel pretty frustrated about it. I'm trying to grow organically and fogging the air on their property effects me and according to a link I found from an Audubon website, it affects bees and pollinators. Yet the EPA allows this?

Anyone have any experience with this?
