If it has lots of seed pods, then it might be overburdened by seed development. I think you should clip the seeds off and see what happens in a few days. There's not much mistaking flower buds for seed capsules, so you can feel safe in doing that, I think. As far as the watering goes, your schedule is meaningless to us. Watering should be done on an 'as needed' basis, and that can only be determined by you. The size of the plant, vigor, kind of potting medium, the container, temperature, humidity, and all other sorts of factors influence watering frequency. Lantana doesn't need a great deal of water (in frequency) but in containers, they're hostages, so to speak. Feel the soil and water heavily when it's too dry. What's important is that you water thoroughly when you need to and allow the plant the opportunity to breathe in between.

What you don't want to do is pot the plant where the level of the media is too high to the crown of the plant. The crown of the plant must remain above the potting media, whichever potting media you choose. (If growing in moss, I would grow in a clay pot, by the way. For bark, I prefer the plastic pot.) Never allow water to collect in the crown of the plant: you'll get crown rot. Up the humidity for the plant if the plant has few roots. Don't overpot the plant either. If there are few roots on the plant, then keep to somewhat small diameter pot.

Taking cuttings of big plants in early spring or autumn often sacrifices bloom on the big plants. However, if the cuttings root quickly, they will often bloom instead. This is especially true for late blooming sages. Long-day blooming sages are not as susceptible to temperature effects on the timing of bloom as short-day blooming sages. I've seen season momentum like effects on blooming, which seem to happen when the jet stream stalls and extended abnormally hot or cold patterns occur as much as two to three months previous to the anticipated bloom time. I haven't seen a "normal" blooming season for many years.

My Florentina finally has some buds. I was ok with wairing until next year to see blooms so this is a nice surprise . She has a ton of foliage and I'm not sure how to deal with all the branches that are no where near the trellis.
