Some Roses from Today
Comments (7)Melva, the 'Smith's Parish' bloom looks so pure. Your 'Old Blush' is especially looking good. Looks like it's definitely off to a fast start this spring. The cold weather didn't hurt any of your plants last night did it? Mine came out just fine, no damage at all. But I did cover up the cold sensitive annuals/tropicals just in case before I went to bed last night. Corky wouldn't be after a bird in that birdbath, would he? Randy...See MoreSome of my blooms today
Comments (4)msjean, that was Morden Blush rose. Thanks for the comments. Here's a few more today. Tropicana Rose Climbing Hydrangea Clematis Rhapsody, which is not as blue as my camera has captured it. Since it is just a new baby bought this summer, I'm hoping it will be more blue as other pictures I've seen of it....See MoreSome Pics From Today and my Black Box
Comments (4)Very nice. Do you know if anyone has Randy Scott as an own root or multiflora or Dr. Huey graft? All I have seen is it on fortuniana which won't survive here. I saw it on the court at the Pacific Northwest District show in Tacoma this past summer. It was up with Neptune, the queen of show, and Lady Mitchell. Thanks for the look....See MoreHeirloom got some popular roses back in stock today!
Comments (5)Kristine: your lavender veranda looks gorgeous! If this one works out for my environment I’ll get a couple more of the veranda roses next year. Lilyfinch: I left an Eden rose at my old house but couldn’t live without it so ordered one as soon as I found it. I used the notify me function on Heirloom’s site and indeed it emailed me when a rose came back in stock. Their customer support told me things get back in stock all year round so don’t give up hope!...See Morerosecanadian
