Something I missed back in June
Comments (11)I was at Cochato this summer and saw that plant. What a beauty. Wish it was in my garden. I would even be happy to have the original "Krugerand" (on my lust list) because I have a thing for the golds. By the way, Cochato Nursery's display gardens are a "must see" for any hostaholic visiting Massachusetts!...See MoreI stopped chemical fertilizing but now something seems missing,...
Comments (71)"Persistent animations may be related to psychoactive consumables...especially if no one else is seeing them. :-o " Psychoactive Consumables, you mean virtual pot? Maybe it sounds as if you are suggesting a psychosis happening here, that I may be the only one who gets them... Hmmm conspiracy! Even if you don't believe in it doesn't mean that they are not out to get you. I refer to the ads that want to grab your attention using movement. For those with the dyslexic attribute, they are so distracting that the web page is rendered useless. I have to move that section of the page to be off the side of the monitor. It would be nice to have a switch to kill all animations. "Ying tong yiddle I po" Have you looked it up? (: Think Groucho Marx.......See MoreFeels like something’s missing...
Comments (15)Thanks for the feedback, everyone! I was afraid to post a photo where the signage was too small, and have included a photo of the full wall in this comment. My issue is the plantation shutters on either side of the decor - if I go bigger than this, I’m concerned that I would lose the ability to leave the shutters open if I wanted. Grateful for all of your ideas!...See MoreSomething is missing/ just not right...
Comments (32)This isn't exactly a flat saltbox like yours, but note the white fence, small portico, bright red door, and the cream window and soffit trim. Granted it doesn't have the too-close-to-the door window problem. Window grilles would help as budget allows. These mash ups of housing styles that get built make it so hard for later homeowners to improve. Whoever built this should've done a full-on saltbox with evenly spaced windows....See Morekandrewspa
