I would ask the person who posted the photo. Houzz has a feature where you can ask questions directly of the designer/homeowner/architect. If you don't receive an answer, take the photo to a tile showroom and see if they can help you.

Jinx found it, but for other searches, I've had better luck getting answers about Houzz photos by finding the designer's website/email and contacting them directly and politely asking for a product name. I think many of them just ignore all the Houzz requests they get or don't check that account often.

Chispa, that and I usually find good info on their Instagram accounts, too.

This one I just happened to remember because someone else asked about it a while back.
