Fungal disease on plum - brown rot?

I discovered this yesterday on my native plum - a previously no problem tree.

I removed all the infected fruit that I found, but so many of the leaves also have the structures.

Any suggestions for my next move? cut off all branches showing signs? then spray? Unfortunately it is a pretty good sized tree.

I have other plums (Santa Rosa, "French" and Toka), one within 10 feet of the infected one, as well as a peach and nectarine. They were sprayed earlier this spring - what would be best for a re-spray?
