Basement finisher put in a crooked wall

P M
last year

My basement contractor wrapped up a few weeks ago. Recently I noticed a wall that bends inwards that they put in. The main reason I had a professional finish my basement is that when house hunting a couple years ago I saw someone had put a wavy wall in their basement. It looked so bad I figured I better go with a professional... only to have the same issue. I understand its not expected for everything to be 100% straight when building a home, or finishing a basement. Does this seem bad enough that I would be in my right to ask for it to get fixed?

The wooden board is as flush to the wall as i could make it.
