Metallic gold is fine for the powder room but you require a stronger bolder pattern like this one below. I think I am confused. Is the mountain with the water your view, or is that just your computer screen? If the mountain is your view, you do not need an accent wall, because no one will ever look at it. However, I am guessing that the mountain view is not the real view. I am not a fan of accent walls unless you really have something to accent. You haven't described anything worth accenting yet. I think you need to give us a sketched out floor plan with windows, doors, and openings, along with the dimensions and uses of each space. That will help us give you a better answer.
