The countertop selection might make a difference. With what we know, and the choices you provided, I say a definite A.

Something lighter than A without the cream tone in B. Look for European Oak.

Backsplash is usually chosen last and can even be chosen after everything else is installed. While it's not a bad idea to have something in mind, once everything is in place whatever you thought you would use might end up not looking good to you. We definitely need to see what you are thinking about for counters and if you have an inspiration picture for the finished look you're going for, post that too.

This is the quartz countertop I’m considering.

Do a layout on the picture of that slab for your different counters. I'm not seeing that as a good pick for other than a large full slab island. I wouldn't pick it for that, based on my taste. I'd look for something with more smaller scale variation.

Looks are important, but you should also research the quality of the different options.

i like floor B.do you really like the backsplash with all the grays ...find a similar one without so much dark gray. its busy and bossy.

Hold off on the backsplash until the countertop is installed. backsplash is always last. That current picket one you've chosen will be very busy once it's up.
