Fertilizer for Itoh Peony

Hello,


I just bought my very first itoh peony (lemon dream) and I'm very excited to get it into the ground. I keep reading to use a low nitrogen fertilizer but I can't find any where I live. All I have is Miracle gro rose 18-24-16 and Miracle gro bloom booster 15-30-15. Would I harm the plant by using either one of these?

    KarenPA, they are all in one bed with a newly planted tree in the centre and a clematis at the end. There are a couple nepeta in behind for filler which will eventually be removed. There are 2 herbaceous also. I wiuld say they are about 4 feet apart.
