Oh, it's doing fine. I have NO problem with a rose growing slowly. One thing I noticed was that the roots had pushed their way down out of the 1-G pot it was in, and were getting ready to settle in.
Now, it's in a 5-G, and when it gets roots going down there, it can go into the ground, somewhere where I'm confident we can water it. If the pioneers, did it, we can do it.
